Loyalty Card Scheme

These Terms and Conditions set out the principles of Mind Body Shiatsu’s Loyalty Card Scheme

Introduction

By participating in Mind Body Shiatsu’s Loyalty Card Scheme (“the Scheme”) you agree to these terms. The Scheme is designed to reward returning customers with tiered discounts after a set number of visits.

Eligibilty

  • The Scheme is open to all customers aged 16 or over

  • Customers under 16 may participate with the consent of a parent or guardian, but rewards will be issued to the adult account holder

  • Only one loyalty card per customer will be issued in a 12 month period

Enrolment

  • To join the Scheme, customers must:

    • Provide their name, contact details and date of birth (for age verification) at a New Client Session

    • Agree to these Terms and Conditions

  • Customers will receive a physical loyalty card upon enrolment

Tiered Rewards

  • Visits earn 1 stamp for each qualifying 60 or 75-minute Shiatsu session

  • A qualifying 60 or 75-minute Shiatsu session must be paid for in full, and will not be discounted by other special offers or discounts

  • Stamps are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit

Redeeming Rewards

  • Upon the 3rd visit customers will receive 20% discount off the 3rd Shiatsu session

  • Upon the 6th visit customers will receive 30% discount off the 6th Shiatsu session

  • Rewards must be redeemed in person and cannot be backdated

  • Unused stamps of loyalty cards cannot be refunded or transferred

When to use your Loyalty Card

  • The loyalty card must be presented at the beginning or end of a Shiatsu session and before payment

  • The loyalty card is non-transferrable and must not be altered, duplicated or shared

  • Mind Body Shiatsu reserves the right to refuse any card that is damaged or suspected of fraud

Liability and Disputes

  • Mind Body Shiatsu is not liable for any lost, stolen, misplaced or misused loyalty cards

  • In the event of a dispute, Mind Body Shiatsu’s records will be final

  • The Scheme is subject to change or cancellation at any time, with reasonable notice

Changes to Terms

  • These Terms may be updated at any time - the date of the most recent update will be noted here: 18.08.2026

  • Continued participation in the Scheme after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms
